How Wahaca is using Day of the Dead to celebrate Mexico's 'vibrant culture'

Wahaca, the restaurant chain, is using its Day of the Dead celebration to show off Mexico's "vibrant culture".

The Mexican chain is hosting a three-day event with live music, immersive experiences, art and food.

Oli Ingham, head of marketing at Wahaca, told 北京赛车pk10 that the brand wants to show that "Mexico is much bigger than just food".

He added: "There's a huge vibrant culture that goes with it and bringing a little bit of that over to the UK so that we can take the way we are innovating with food an wrap that around a wider more engaging experience."

Ingham also said that the experience appeals to many audiences from "ravers to families".

He hopes the experience will encourage people to visit the restaurants, which will also be celebrating the festival with specialty menus nationwide.

Wahaca's festival takes place between 3 and 5th of November at The Vaults Theatre in Waterloo, London.
