The company said that the new product is built around a customised community website, which includes forums, suggestion boxes and knowledge bases, among other functions.
It also provides organisations with the ability to maintain a secure database of online community panels and to capture deep profiles of the panel members, Vovici said.
Community members are selected and invited to join in order to garner interest in participation and to provide confirmation that member feedback will be shared.
The profiles are then leveraged to eliminate the need to repeatedly request basic demographic and lifestyle data and to ensure that panellists are qualified for surveys before they are invited to participate, making certain that their time is respected.
Dean Wiltse, chairman and chief executive of Vovici, said: "The Vovici Community Builder module will change the way companies perform research, measure customer satisfaction and loyalty and engage their customers.
"Imagine having your most important customers in a room right down the hall from your office, available and willing to answer questions at a moment's notice. This information will give organisations insight and agility to respond to changing market dynamics and spot trends in customer sentiment in ways that have only been imagined in the past."
