EVolvme, a division within Volume Group, will work with Vets Now's team in Dunfermline, Scotland.
Vets Now was founded in 2001 by vet Richard Dixon and now has 33 clinics operating across the UK, supporting practices out-of-hours, for serious or critical care.
James Gardner, divisional managing director for eVolvme, said: "This is an exciting new client for us. They not only lead the way in emergency veterinary care but they also work with individual veterinary professionals, delivering best-in-class training, as well as running a charity arm for pet-owners operating a pet blood bank service."
Lisa Robb, marketing manager at Vets Now, said: "We're looking forward to a period of continued expansion and support for our member practices. This work is aimed at improving the services we offer our subscribers, whilst building on new opportunities."
The win comes just over a week after the appointment of Colin Lloyd, former president of the Direct Marketing Association, as chair of the Volume Group's new advisory board.
