On Sunday, the triple Olympic gold medallist raced through the streets of Manchester to shatter the 150m world record at the Bupa Great CityGames.
The Jamaican's run, his first since being injured in a car crash, was captured in 3D by Sky and FilmNova, a division of Nova International.
Nova International is the organiser of the Bupa Great Run series, including the prestigious Great North Run, as well as the Great Swim and Great Walk events.
Previously the company has captured Ricky Hatton's Manchester Homecoming fight in May 2008 in 3D and a live 3D broadcast of Keane last month. It has also produced the UK's first 3D ballet.
