
Peperami Bites will be available in the brand's Original, BBQ and Hot flavours.
The launch will be backed by a TV and print ad campaign featuring Peperami's 'Animal' brand mascot.
Peperami recently dropped ad agency Lowe in favour of international creative ideas website Idea Bounty, which is offering up to $10,000 for an advertising concept for the brand. The chosen idea will be produced by Smartworks.
According to the brief, the ad campaign will target school children and young adults who would usually snack on crisps or biscuits. It will retain the 'Bit of an animal' strapline.
The Animal character was first used to promote the Peperami brand in 1993.
