All three events were due to take place at Olympia in October next year.
The company said it is keen to focus its energy and investment into the areas it feels it can offer best value, experience and innovation.
Following a review, it was decided the annual Building Services event was already covered by other UBM Built Environment products, including sustainable design and construction show Ecobuild – which will see a cash injection as a result.
"Moving forward in 2013 we have already planned major investment into Ecobuild and our Built Environment portfolio, offering a host of new features and content that will cater to those working across building services and the construction and design sector," explained Fergus Bird, group event manager at UBM Live.
The 2013 FM Event exhibition will be incorporated within the Facilities Show, taking place from 14-16 May at Birmingham’s NEC, while Energy Solutions will be "rested" in 2013, returning in 2014 with a "reinvigorated format".
"We are keen to take some time to explore how we can best service this ever critical sector, ensuring we are catering for its future needs. As energy and environment takes a more prominent role in every organisation we want to be able to reflect this in the new event for 2014," added Bird.
