The event, which is supported by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, will be based at Excel and around Tech City in east London.
"London has always been a city that embraces new technology and east London has a growing reputation as Europe’s home of technology start-ups" said Jeremy Rees, executive director, Excel.
