Trinity Mirror invests in mobile CRM platform

LONDON - Newspaper publisher Trinity Mirror has signed a deal with mobile marketing company Enpocket allowing the publisher to handle mobile CRM across its media portfolio.

The Enpocket platform will track and monitor every mobile interaction, from SMS competitions to mobile content purchases, with Trinity's range of national and regional newspapers and websites, including the Daily Mirror.

Trinity's mobile suppliers have integrated with the platform, enabling Enpocket to create a real-time view of mobile activities and revenues across titles, and to build detailed consumer profiles for future marketing activities.

Adam Goran, head of interactive services at Trinity Mirror, said: "Mobile is a rapidly growing area for us, and it's therefore fundamental that we build a better understanding of our customer behaviour for ourselves and our partners."
