Bailey was previously business development director at Real Media, where he was responsible for the European rollout of 24/7 Search, the search marketing arm of the company. Prior to this, Bailey set up Digital Clarity, a specialist search marketing company, and has also held sales positions at Excite and BT Looksmart.
