Manchester City Football Club has promoted Ian Cafferky to the new role of chief brand and commercial officer. ()

Skoda faces a potential marketing crisis after losing its second top UK brand boss in a year. ()

Citroen has looked internally and promoted its head of digital marketing, Jules Tilstone, as its new UK marketing director. ()

Jerry Wright, ABC chief executive, has been elected global president of the International Federation of Audit Bureaux of Circulations (IFABC), the global umbrella federation committed to the accurate reporting of media data. ()

Digital outdoor media specialist Digicom has appointed Sam Fosbury as marketing director. ()

Vintage TV, the channel aimed at the over-50s, has appointed Ian Davis as commercial director. ()

Channel 4 has appointed Angus Mitchell, currently head of creative solutions at Ids, to the role of business manager of third-party sponsorship sales with responsibility for the UKTV portfolio. ()
