The restructure, which will not lead to redundancies, will result in Brandon Smith taking on the new role of head of agency sales, reporting to UK sales director, Mike Glegg. Smith will head a dedicated team of five agency sales executives.

Meanwhile, Aurore Hult has been appointed agency services director, heading a team of 10 people, whose sole focus will be managing the day-to-day requirements of agency clients.

The new-look UK sales team will be operational from 1 January 2009 and the model is expected to be replicated across TradeDoubler’s 18-strong country network in due course.

Glegg said:" The message to advertisers is that this new structure gives them one point of contact who can sell across all of our products."
