TNS Healthcare will provide Pfizer, which produces pharmeceuticals such as Viagra, with the Transact Sri programme, which offers monthly sales data, insights into trends at a GP practice-level to support sales strategies, track brand performance and measure and reward sales effectiveness.
Following a review process, Pfizer says it selected TNS Healthcare's services based on its "innovation, technical support and client service excellence".
Philip Watts, sales director at Pfizer, said: "Our vision for our UK sales force is to be the most effective in the industry. To achieve this goal, we will need the best tools available. One critical tool of our trade is accurate sales data."
Dorothy Knightly, managing director of TNS Healthcare, said: "We remain committed to providing continued product and technical innovation to support Pfizer, and all of our customers, in achieving its sales objectives."
