Titus takes up Associated Northcliffe Digital top job

Richard Titus, the controller of BBC audio and music interactive and BBC mobile operations, is to take the role of chief executive of Associated Northcliffe Digital.

LONDON - He will replace Andy Hart, who left the company last summer, and which will include responsibility for digital acquisitions and the development of DMGT sites such as Primelocation.com, FindaProperty.com and Jobsite.co.uk. His remit does not include responsibility for the main newspaper sites.

Titus has been the BBC's future media controller of audio and music since November, and has also worked at web agency Schematic.

The BBC has replaced Titus with Mark Kortekaas, former chief technology officer at Project Kangaroo.
