
Young joined Ticketscript yesterday (29 May) having previously worked as marketing and communications director at youth charity Vinspired. Before that she worked as PR director for Live Nation.
In Young’s new role she will be responsible for developing the brand in the UK and looking into new brand partnerships across Europe.
She said: "Ticketscript’s innovative technology is a real game changer for event organisers. To empower people to grow their social communities, sell more tickets and be in control of their events is an incredibly exciting proposition."
The company has six offices in Europe and has plans to further increase its international business.
Frans Jonker, chief executive of Ticketscript, said: "We are delighted to have Jenni on board. Her experience within the events industry will prove valuable for the future vision of the company.
He added: "As we continue to grow across Europe, it’s great to have a dynamic and international management team. With Jenni’s knowledge of the industry we will further drive our business forward."
