LONDON - Tesco has launched a new site to encourage individual Tesco stores to work with charities in their local area.
The Community Fairs Programme is being backed by a site by Forward called ‘Get Involved' at tescogetinvolved.com
Participating Tesco stores have their own webpage that will list up to 20 local charities, raising awareness of their work in the community.
It will also promote Tesco Community Fairs at the stores where residents will be invited to become volunteers themselves.
