Tanqueray No. 10’s imperial shaker contraption is also being installed within the bar, and will be used to create a cocktail that promises a twist on the classic Ramos Gin Fizz.
The Hedonist Project’s Dan Cowther, who is the northern brand ambassador for Bathtub Gin, will be delivering masterclasses within the space on behalf of the company, meanwhile Bathtub Gin's southern ambassador is teaming up with a representative from St Georges Gin to host a takeover event known as 'The Professor vs St George'.
Fords Gin, Bulldog Gin, No. 3 Gin and Fifty Pound Gin are among the other brands to be stocked within the venue.
Drinks aside, Old Tom’s Gin Kitchen will also offer a new food menu, with seafood, salad, sandwich and soup options designed to complement the drinks list all available. Patrons can also expect new lighting, music and staff uniforms.
Tom Finnon, drinks director at The Hedonist Project said: "We've learned a lot in the past 12 months.
