St Luke's backs Strongbow TV work with 'sod off bankers' viral

LONDON - St Luke's has created a viral video to back up its new 'bowtime' television work for Strongbow, taking the mickey out of bankers.

The original 'bowtime' work is inspired by the famous "upon St Crispin's day" battlefield speech from Shakespeare's play 'Henry V', but with the rousing words directed at an amassed army of hardworking roofers, gasmen and satellite dish-fitters.

However in the viral version, the Henry V figure comes across a group of bankers, and struggles to find anything positive to say about their contribution to society.

In the end the bankers are booed off by the crowd to the chant of "sod off".

The viral ends with the same "bowtime, hard earned" strapline as in the original television ad.

The campaign was created by Enrique Reija, Jules Vizard, Borja Alvarez, Tim Collins and Al Young. It was directed by James Rouse and produced by Outsider.
