Rick Stainton, managing director at Smyle, said the company is ahead of its plan in terms of where it expected to be at this point as a business.
"We are now building for the future with the introduction of some new roles, as well as significant equipment and infrastructure investment alongside growing our main office space," he said. "We are really excited about the next few years as we develop our new strategic business plans."
Smyle has reported consistent annual growth over the last five years of 20% or more. In the last 12 months it has worked on Olympic Live Site hospitality, opened a new office in Tech City, and has driven industry awareness on sustainability with the launch of the Sustainable Events Summit.
Stainton added: "It’s all a bit emotional at Smyle at the moment - we’re so proud of every member of our team and every single one of our clients that have contributed to our success across the last decade."
