The caterer, part of the Crown Group, officially began its exclusive contract - worth around £1m over its duration - with Glow on 1 December.
Colin Sayers, managing director of Seasoned Events, said: "Winning this exclusive contract reinforces our position as an event caterer that understands diverse venue spaces. We have the same commitment to running a dinner event for over 1,000 guests as we do to an exclusive VIP reception for 100.
"The split level event space will allow the team to host events that require high security access, as well as events that require a dedicated VIP area."
The £60m event space at Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent opened in November 2011 to provide 5,200sqm of flexible event space across two halls.
The venue has attracted events including The Wedding Fair and The Good Food Show and also offers a 445sqm private gallery space for VIP receptions.
Michael Watton, venue director at Glow, added: "As the breadth and diversity of events and exhibitions held at Glow grows, so too does the need for experienced and flexible partners that share our commitment to providing a high quality service and experience.
"Seasoned Events has a strong track record with Glow, and we are therefore delighted to have signed this exclusive agreement."
