The new contract is worth £2.5 million to Amadeus, which has been working on the event since 1999.
This year’s event will return to Castle Stuart Golf Links, Inverness for the third successive year from 11-14 July.
In 2014, the event moves to Royal Aberdeen Golf Club, which will stage the Scottish Open for the first time from on 10-13 July.
The Scottish Open contract means that Amadeus will operate 12 catering outlets for visitors and players during the four-day tournament, as well as providing corporate hospitality for around 2,500 and 15 mobile catering concessions.
Amadeus managing director Kevin Watson said: "We are extremely proud that Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open has chosen Amadeus as their sole catering provider for the next five years. This win shows recognition of the highly innovative approach we have brought to the table, and of our growing reputation.
"Our partnership with the organisers of the event has gone from strength to strength since we first worked on the event back in 1999, and we look forward to continuing to work with the European Tour."
Meanwhile, PGA director of international championships Peter Adams added: "We’re delighted to be continuing the working relationship with Amadeus. They are an award-winning team who inspired us with their approach, their ideas and overwhelming passion.
"Amadeus never fail to bring us new ideas and concepts to help further improve our catering offer for our visitors and players, year on year."
