The TV and press campaign will run in Asia, Europe and The Americas.

Samsung executive vice president and head of its mobile communication division JK Shin said: "The Samsung BEAT Edition handsets will take music on mobiles to a whole new level of quality and exciting user experience."

The mobiles allow users to create new versions of their favourite tracks by adding sound effects and instruments, catching loops and using a unique touch-screen scratch unit.

Earlier this year BMB handled the global launch of the Samsung Ultra Touch phone.
