The #SheInspiresMe film is the charity’s biggest ever digital campaign and aims to highlight how it is more dangerous to be a woman than a soldier in modern wars.

Showing great bravery, Fatuma reveals in the film how the soldiers said to her "either have sex with us or we will abort your child" before raping her.

Fatuma is a Tutsi and was forced to watch the murder of her husband by Hutu militia during the genocide, and after she was raped her pregnant belly was cut open and her baby killed.

She is now an active member of her community and with the help of Women for Women she is slowly coming to terms with the horrors of her experience and now has hope for the future.

The film calls on viewers to "join the sisterhood" by signing up to the charity to find out how they can help.
