The agency has also been tasked with creating the branding for the comedy tour, once a sponsorship deal has been signed.
The sponsor will gain naming rights to the tour and brand exposure across various communications channels, such as venues, ticket sales, advertising and online.
The partner brand will also acquire the rights to selected Ross Noble content, which it will be able to use online, via mobile and on DVD.
Chris Reed, Cocktail's chief executive, said: "The sponsor would have to fit with the Ross Noble brand - nothing too big or brash." He described the Ross Noble brand as cool, contemporary and accessible.
Ross Noble was voted 10th in a Channel 4 list of the 100 greatest stand-up comedians. As well as being known for stand-up, Noble has appeared several times on shows such as the BBC's 'Have I Got News For You'.
