The , created by digital agency RMG Connect, includes content featuring the two new faces, as well as a Q&A page called 'Sophie's little black book'.
It also includes behind-the-scenes video footage of a new Rimmel London TV ad, due to go live next month.
The new section is part of a wider redesign of the entire Rimmel London site, which first launched in November last year.
Sixtine Veron, global product manager for Rimmel London, said: "The digital environment is incredibly important for us; with our brand taking a new creative direction, it's vital that we translate this onto our website.
"RMG Connect has done a great job integrating the new faces into the site to ensure we continue to reinforce Rimmel as the core cosmetic brand for our audience."
Ellis-Bextor and Cole join Kate Moss, who has been the face of Rimmel London for the past seven years.
Nima Yassini, head of digital at RMG Connect, said: "There have been over a million global visits to the Rimmel London website since the launch last year.
"We are confident that the introduction of the new faces and the new dynamic content and feel of the site will boost these numbers and encourage more visitors to actively engage with the brand."
