As part of the fundraising event at London's Guildhall, a four-course banquet has been designed by the Le Gavroche chefs, as well as a host of other well-known culinary names such as Monica Galetti and Brian Turner.
Rhubarb has been helping the chefs to develop the menus and will be assisting them to prepare ingredients on the night.
Four hundred guests will enjoy a champagne reception followed by the four-course dinner served with fine wines, which will be matched to each course by the director of Le Gavroche, Silvano Giraldin.

Among some of the courses on the menu are mixed game terrine, pistachio and pomegranate and beef tournedos with celeriac puree, and girolles with port and red wine jus.
It is the third year the event is being held to raise funds, which will be reinvested in the recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration of soldiers and the families of those killed or injured on operations.
Beneficiaries include The Royal British Legion, Help for Heroes and The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Children’s Fund.
Glen Sutton, director of events at Rhubarb, said: "We are thrilled to be working with these esteemed culinary talents and to contribute to this prestigious event.
"We are proud to support the Square Mile Salute and its mission to raise funds for such worthy causes."
