
As reported in Event, The Fringe will be , overlooking the Olympic Stadium.
It will be open from 20 July – 9 September and has four floors. The top two will be available for event hire, while the public can buy day membership tickets to the bottom two floors.
Rhubarb will deliver food and drink in the top floor penthouse, which offers a private terrace and concierge service for up to 50 people. It is priced at £50,000 per day including food and drinks.
Rhubarb will also design the menu at the private suites on the floor below, which start from £15,000 per day and include access to the rest of the club but not food and drink.
Rhubarb told Event it would work with clients to design menus and dress the space. It expects to provide international food for guests from outside the UK as well as Best of British fare.
Patrick Donaldson, Olympic and business development manager at Rhubarb, said: "We will be creating bespoke events that are tailor-made to clients specific requirements with award-winning food and drink. We are delighted to be involved in this unique and exclusive members club retreat offering a one-of-a kind experience to take in the Games throughout the day and night."
The Fringe has 4,500sqm of space and holds 2,500 people. Day membership tickets will cost £90 for the lower to floors, which will offer a Great British food market serving street food, screens broadcasting the Olympics, cocktail lounges and bars from mixologists Sweet and Chilli.
