The Taste of Autumn Food Festival will take place over the weekend of 12-13 October at the RHS Gardens in Hyde Hall in Essex, Rosemoor in North Devon and Harlow Carr in North Yorkshire. Between 16-20 October, the event will be hosted at RHS Garden Wisley in Surrey.

The event will include various stalls selling local artisan produce including cheeses, jams, heritage apples and wild mushrooms, as well as fruit and vegetables grown on site.

To keep crowds entertained, the RHS has confirmed appearances from TV chef James Martin of Saturday Kitchen, botanist and Gardeners World regular Pippa Greenwood, and chef and food writer Rosemary Moon.

Other activities taking place during Taste of Autumn will include tastings, cookery demos, talks and book signings.

RHS gardening experts and the advisory team will also be on hand to offer tips and advice to green-fingered visitors.
