Administrators Middleton Partners confirmed it has been enlisted to manage the case and will hold an official meeting on 4 August to discuss the company's fate.
Managing director Damian Clarkson said he was "not in a position to comment at the moment."
The news will come out of the blue for some. The firm was due to host a champagne and canapé site visit at Battersea Power Station yesterday (28 July), but cancelled last minute.
Clarkson was also recently appointed VP of education on the new board for ISES.
