According to a report in the News of the World, the glamorous brunette will front an advertising campaign for the range of jewellery designed by Kim Rose. The ads will appear on billboards around the country.
Loos rose to prominence in April when tabloids claimed that she had had an affair with Beckham and produced a series of explicit text messages the pair had supposedly sent to each other.
A spokesperson for Victoria and David Beckham described the story as being "absurd and unsubstantiated" but Loos later confirmed it, selling her story to Sky One, with the help of Max Clifford, and appearing on Channel 4's 'Richard & Judy'.
She is reported to have made between £500,000 and £1m in media deals before the Debenhams relationship was revealed, and spoke at the Edinburgh TV Festival this year on the topic of chequebook journalism.
The newspapers originally dubbed Loos the "sleazy senorita", despite the fact she is Dutch and not Spanish, but in the intervening months Loos has become a fixture on the London celebrity scene and in celebrity magazines such as Heat.
Despite the alleged indiscretion, brands are just as keen as ever to associate themselves with Beckham. Vodafone has renewed its multimillion-pound contract with the player, although a deal with Marks & Spencer to create a range of DB7 childrenswear has come to an end.
Jewellery designer Rose said that Loos was an obvious choice for the campaign. "I chose Rebecca as the face of my collection because of her smouldering class and beauty."
Debenhams retains WCRS for its advertising account with media through Carat.
