Playboy TV has confirmed that it is hoping to secure the woman, who claims she had an affair with David Beckham, for a "late night special".
Richard Gale, the European head of marketing at Playboy TV, said: "Rebecca is without doubt our number one choice for a centrefold special and is hot on everyone's lips."
Loos, 26, is understood to have asked to see tapes of other famous women who have stripped off for the cable channel. Alumni include Pamela Anderson and model turned actress Carmen Electra.
"We are actively pursuing Ms Loos with a genuine offer, which will hopefully see her following in the footsteps of Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra and Salma Hayek. She would be a great asset to Playboy TV," Gale said.
Loos is also understood to have been offered £250,000 to film a night of passion with a lookalike of England skipper Beckham for adult TV channel Xplicit XXX. The channel wants Loos to make an hour-long film in which she and the lookalike romp in the same way she claims they did during a brief affair last year.
Melissa Whitehead, founder of Xplicit XXX, said: "Rebecca has been adamant she is very 'open' about her sexuality. We look forward to showing the nation just how 'open' she really is."
On Saturday Loos will appear on ITV1's 'Love on a Saturday Night' hunting for a new boyfriend or possibly girlfriend. Loos will be invited to choose three candidates from the studio audience, who will then battle it out to land a date with her.
Loos was reportedly paid £150,000 for her Sky One interview in which she revealed details of her alleged affair with David Beckham, and reports claim she will get £15,000 for appearing on 'Love on a Saturday Night.'
She has also appeared on 'Richard & Judy' on Channel 4 and earlier this week upstaged Uma Thurman at the London premiere of 'Kill Bill Vol 2', leading Thurman to call her a "tramp".
