Sky is thought to have beaten competition from ITV's Tonight with Trevor McDonald for Loos' story. According to reports, Loos is to feature in an hour-long programme called 'Rebecca Loos: My Story', which will be broadcast on Sky One this Thursday.
A Sky spokesperson said that Loos would talk "candidly and openly, revealing extraordinary details about her relationship with Beckham and the showbiz scandal of the decade".
Beckham has instructed lawyers after a second weekend onslaught from the tabloid press brought fresh allegations.
Malaysian-born Gucci model Sarah Marbeck was reported to have met Beckham in Singapore during a Manchester United pre-season tour of the Asia-Pacific region.
The couple have dismissed the latest report of an affair as absurd. A spokeswoman for the Beckhams said: "This weekend a series of even more absurd and unsubstantiated claims have been published about David and Victoria Beckham.
"The couple continue to dismiss these stories and they will not be commenting upon them further at this time. Lawyers have been instructed by David and Victoria concerning these matters."
According to reports, a TV interview could land Loos, who has already made around £350,000 on her story to The News of the World, up to £500,000. The Sun reports that Loos' agent, PR guru, Max Clifford, is to oversee the bidding.
Loos is due to meet with Clifford in Spain today to finalise the TV deals. The paper also claims that there could also be a book deal in the pipeline as well.
The moves come as the Beckhams fly home to Britain today for talks on whether to go public with their side of the story.
Since the initial allegations about Beckham's infidelity, three other women have come forward, including Maybeck, model and actress Esther Canadas and another brunette named Rebecca, who Loos claims to have set Beckham up with.
Last week, Borkowski PR head Mark Borkowski told Brand Republic that the allegations would not effect the Beckham brand. "If it is proved to be true then what it will show is the immense pressure that celebrities like him are under... if it is proved to be a lie then he becomes a martyr and [his experience] will put all celebrities in a strong position to say that this is what they have to put up with."
However, others think that his alleged infidelity could affect the brand in the States, where family values are more prevalent.
