Transactis's desktop marketing service Vision will provide a range of marketing applications to drive increased response from RDP's card deck programme and catalogue portfolio.
The deal will enable RDP to bring its entire core marketing functions in-house so that it can take direct control of communication strategies and outgoing marketing campaigns.
Last year RDP claims to have generated over 6m online and offline enquires for clients in sectors including fashion, charity, home and garden, financial and giftware.
RDP will use Vision to drive all of its targeting and marketing contact strategies creating a single platform for prospecting across its lead generation business.
In addition, RDP will use Vision and its ability to provide quick counts and data access to run its list rental business.
Stuart Keyte, managing director at RDP, said: "Transactis are providing real development options for our business through Vision and deliver this on a pay as you go basis which provides us with true value for money and allows us to evolve our marketing processes in a low risk way.
"We look forward to seeing real efficiencies in data processing and customer contact through significantly greater customer insight."
Dave Webber, marketing director at Transactis, said: "RDP demonstrates continued success with Vision. We are looking forward to delivering the benefits we have delivered to our existing Vision users."
