
In addition, it has brought in Lisa Chittenden as data strategy director and Barry Smith as client development director.
Chittenden is a member of the DMA Data Council and a past Acxiom European director of consumer insight products.
Smith, who is also on the council, was previously head of data at JaywingDMG.
In December the company changed its name from CDMS to Transactis, just under a year after customer insight firm CDMS acquired transactional data provider Transactis.
