Racing UK unveils revamped website

LONDON - Horseracing television channel, Racing UK, has re-launched its website, which now features a fresh design, richer content and social media.

replaces the channel's previous website - racinguk.tv - and has been designed to be more user friendly by offering a range of interactive features.

The site includes a live streaming service showing all racing coverage from Racing UK's 30 racecourses, as it is broadcast on the television channel. It also allows horse racing fans to access racing from the past seven days as well as archive footage of classic races and racing-related TV features, for free.

Extensive racing information, including racecards and in-depth racecourse information, are available to ensure site users can access everything they need to know about forthcoming meetings in one place.

Other features include a news feed from the Racing Post; a calendar for all race meetings broadcast on Racing UK; and the Tipping blog from two of Racing UK's presenters Angus McNae and Nick Luck offering their top tips.

Simon Brydon, head of online at Racing UK, said: "Providing a premium digital platform is integral to the ongoing growth of Racing UK. Racing UK broadcasts the best racing from Britain's top race courses and this new website allows us to maximise our digital rights by engaging with a new generation of racing fans and ensuring that enthusiasts can access racing footage wherever they are."

The site has been developed in a partnership between Racing UK and Perform, the UK-based digital sport and entertainment specialist.
