The ‘Accidental Powercut’ events, presented by Intone in association with Bowers & Wilkins, will present music in its purest form with no amps, no plugs and no microphones.

Up and coming acts Sound of Rum, Ghostpoet and Fiona Bevan will perform on 5 August, followed by a session by Corey Mwamba, Tinashe and Asian underground artist Talvin Singh on 2 September.

Each of the sessions will be recorded with binaural microphones to capture the ambience and sound of the evening.

All money raised from the events will go towards the venue’s Life Skills Centre, which helps homeless people find work.
