The Glastonbury ticket deal is the first major deal signed since Emap hired GiGi Dryer, the former vice-president of mobile ticketing at Scan Mobile, to relaunch and run the site.
Aloud.com will handle the online and telephone sales of around 90,000 Glastonbury tickets and will be supported by Emap stablemate brands Q and Kerrang online, on television and in the magazines.
According to Dryer: "Winning the ticketing business for Europe's biggest music festival is a perfect way to relaunch Aloud.com and underlines our total commitment to become the ultimate ticketing experience for music fans everywhere."
Tickets for Glastonbury, which is held at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset from June 27-29, go on sale via a dedicated telephone hotline and the Aloud site on March 31.
This year's festival also features Supergrass, The Flaming Lips, The Libertines, The Music, The Coral, Turin Brakes, Sigur Ros and Idlewild.
Q Magazine has further strengthened its association with Glastonbury as part of the music monthly's ongoing deal as the official festival print title.
For the first time, Q will be producing a 68-page festival review special edition, called Q Glastonbury - The Ultimate Review. It will feature photographs and reviews of the whole Glastonbury experience, including a giant aerial picture of the festival and will go on sale priced £2 to festival-goers as they leave.
Q Magazine will also publish three daily newspapers in full colour and with a print run of 60,000 at the festival site.
