The new department will recruit, train and manage premium event managers, as well as creating an international portfolio of high-end hospitality staff and promotional models. Business manager Sophie Cusack has been appointed to head up the team.
The agency made the decision to launch the department after it perceived a growing increase in demand for premium staff.
Rob Quinn, Purity’s managing director, said: "We have a proven track record in this area and Purity Select will allow us to further draw upon our industry knowledge and experience to recruit the highest calibre of staff.
"In turn we will be able to provide premium, professional and passionate people to represent a range of brands at VIP hospitality and events across the UK and internationally."
The company celebrated the announcement at Hush restaurant in Mayfair, London last night (3 April), where vocal harmony trio Ellamore performed for guests.
The celebratory event was attended by Purity staff, brand representatives from Nespresso, Diageo and Chelsea Football Club, and top names from the worlds of advertising, marketing and PR.
