
The company also reported a significant increase in first quarter results for 2014.
Sam Complin, managing director of Jobs2Go, told Event: "It’s difficult to pinpoint exactly why we had such a good February. However we have seen a lot of repeat business and have taken on a lot of new clients, including Fine Taste Catering and Berkeley Catering."
The company predicts business will be strong in 2014, following a strong Christmas period and a new recruitment drive that is focusing on targeting student job-seekers.
"We’ve been targeting student-specific job boards as we’ve had a great response from that demographic in the past - many are looking to work evenings and weekends," said Complin.
"They’re a good calibre of people to employ. They’re very articulate and bubbly and working in the events industry fits in with their studies."
She added: "We have had a fantastic start to 2014 and have really noticed the change in confidence from the clients initial enquiry to actually confirming a booking."
