The best of British comedy site, Pozzitive.co.uk, features material from the company's sketch shows, sitcoms and programmes from the past 20 years.
The site, created by Red Box New Media, has never-before-seen videos, exclusive images of comedians, extracts from untransmitted pilots and specially-made trailers.
It also features revealing stories about popular British comedians, such as Alan Partridge and Harry Enfield.
Users will be able to buy shows via an in-site store with links to all DVDs and audio downloads -- from Amazon and Audible.co.uk.
Online marketing agency Hot Cherry will raise awareness of the website across blogs, forums and other sites. A social media campaign will also be rolled out later this year.
David Tyler, co-founder of Pozzitive, said: "We're excited about the way comedy can be used to engage and interact with the public online, and the way brands use comedy to integrate their offering.
"Much of the information on the site will never have been released before, let alone collated in one place.
"We have stepped up our digital investment and have some very exciting online plans to engage and interact with the public in 2009."
