The evening, which aimed to showcase the company’s Christmas hospitality packages at the venue’s Ice Rink Café, saw more than 90 London venue managers attend. Guests were introduced to Create’s new managing director, Tom Barrett as well as group executive chef, Darren Deadman, as part of the event.

The winter-themed drinks and canapé reception inside the café, styled like an Alpine lodge, included mulled wine, spiced apple juice, seared scallops on mini ham hock hash with parsley aioli, confit duck pastille with orange yogurt dip and smoked salmon bon bons filled with truffled curd cheese and caviar. Attendees were also invited to try out the museum's outdoor ice skating rink.

Teresa-Anne Dunleavy, Concerto Group chief executive, said: "It's been a lovely opportunity for our venue heads to get to know the new senior team in an informal and relaxed setting. This is an exciting new chapter for Create."

Create’s Christmas hospitality packages at the Ice Rink Café include 50 minutes on the ice followed by seasonal food and festive drinks for groups of between 50 and 150+ guests.
