Ogilvy & Mather snatches £7m Vittel task from Publicis

LONDON - Ogilvy & Mather has picked up Nestle Waters' £7m UK Vittel brief from Publicis.

O&M already handles the Nestle-owned Perrier brand globally, having snatched it from Publicis six years ago. However, Publicis will continue to work on the Buxton mineral water account, which is also part of Nestlé. O&M will begin producing advertising for Vittel next year.

However, Vittel is launching a TV campaign through Publicis next week, after a four-year absence. The 30-second ad, which could prove to be the brand's final offering from Publicis, uses water effects to communicate the idea that Vittel's blend of ingredients can reinvigorate both body and mind. The work is based around the new line: "Re-Vittelise."
