Odds slashed on Michelle to 6/1 to be Big Brother victor

LONDON - Geordie Michelle has been given 6/1 odds on winning 'Big Brother' after becoming a sergeant and being portrayed in a better light, while Jason's odds have gone from 33/1 to 50/1, putting him as rank outsider to win.

Even former refugee Ahmed, who has been annoying housemates by refusing to do tasks, is more popular than bodybuilder Jason with odds of 33/1. Nadia is still favourite to win on 2/1, while Dan and Stuart remain on 3/1 and 4/1 respectively.

Michelle is next on 6/1, while Shell and Victor are on 7/1 and 8/1, according to bookmaker Ladbrokes.

Jason's demise comes as he takes a shine to his new role of sergeant in the house. He has been bossing his fellow housemates around since the Big Brigadier task began on Saturday.

In a cruel twist, the two sergeants, Michelle and Jason, are to order their fellow privates to do tasks. If the privates complete the tasks then they [Dan, Victor, Stuart, Shell, Nadia and Ahmed] will face the public vote on Friday. If the privates fail the task, then Michelle and Jason will be on the chopping block.

Jason has revealed to the group that a lot is at stake with the current task and insists that everything be done with military precision. Jason wants to make sure he does not go up for nomination at any cost, even risking his popularity with housemates and viewers.

Last Friday's eviction saw new girl Becki leave the house after only 13 days. A total of 61.5% voted for bisexual Becki and 38.5% voted for Ahmed.

On hearing the news, Becki hugged all her housemates and said: "It was fun, I had a good time."
