The new odds put her above gay hairdresser Dan, who has been the favourite for several weeks, on 3/1 and floppy-haired Stuart with 4/1.
Warren Lush from Ladbrokes said: "There has been an increasing amount of support for Nadia and we received a £1,000 bet for her last week, plus Dan has threatened to walk if he is in with a chance of winning at the end."
Last night, Ahmed and Becki were the latest contestants to be put on the chopping block to face eviction on Friday, after receiving three and four votes respectively.
On hearing the news, Ahmed nodded and Becki smiled. When Shell asked them if they were OK, they responded in unison "I'm OK", with Becki adding "I was expecting it anyway".
The news was announced live on 'Big Brother's Little Brother' at 6pm with the 10pm show showing diary room extracts of the nominations.
Only seven of the housemates were allowed to vote this week, with Victor and Jason excluded after discussing nominations during the week. The self-proclaimed "jungle cats" had been expecting their names to be read out, but they fell short of nomination, attracting just two votes each.
Although Michelle appeared not to be bothered about The Sun fly-by banner saying "Only Becki nominated Michelle!", she managed to get her own back on the bisexual backstabber by voting for her.
Michelle, Shell and Stuart did not receive any votes this week and Stuart is still the only housemate not to receive any votes since entering the house. Nadia only got one vote while Dan, like Jason and Victor, got two.
