Becki is bookies' favourite to be evicted from Big Brother

LONDON - Becki is an even hotter favourite to be evicted from the 'Big Brother' house tomorrow after her odds shortened from 1/3 to 1/6, according to Ladbrokes.

The bookmakers have also seen former refugee Ahmed's hopes of leaving dashed as he drifts from 9/4 to 7/2.

Ladbrokes spokesman Warren Lush said: "All the money is for Becki, punters are staking as much as they can on her eviction because they think there is no way she can survive."

Fiery-tempered Victor has also shot up in viewers' expectations with odds of 8/1 put on the 23-year-old to win after he has shown a softer side to his character in the last few days. On Monday, Victor was a rank outsider at 16/1.

There was bad news for the housemates as they failed their week-long School Days task yesterday, meaning they will not get their weekly shopping.

The housemates were asked by 'Big Brother' to complete a spelling test with three of the nine housemates getting words wrong. Stuart, the self-confessed brain-box of the house, could not spell "onomatopoeia", while hairdresser Dan struggled with "entrepreneur" and transsexual Nadia, who is Portuguese, wrongly spelt "balloon".

Although the housemates had attended registration every day, acted out a famous moment from history and completed a presentation each, they received three failures in one test and failed overall.

Shell perked up later on though as 'Big Brother' called her into the diary room to reveal she gained a first-class honours degree from Glasgow University, where she was studying History of Art.

On hearing, the news she burst into tears saying "Is that really true?" before running and jumping into the Jacuzzi fully clothed screaming: "I did it!"
