NowWashYourHands designs Splurge for Cadbury site

LONDON - Digital and design agency NowWashYourHands has created a new desktop toy to promote Cadbury Trebor Bassett in the run-up to Easter allowing surfers to splurge chocoloate all over their screens.

Chocolate fans can download Splurge to their desktops for a host of chocolate-related games, such as blasting their screens with dollops of dark and white chocolate, hatching eggs and watching "choc-o-chicks" run wild, growing chocolate trees or blowing chocolate bubbles.

The other new feature to be added to the Cadbury Trebor Bassett site is Nutriwizard, which gives information for chocolate lovers who have food intolerances and nutrition requirements. It has information on more than 400 Cadbury products to help guide people on diets such as gluten free, egg free or colour free.

redesigned the Cadbury website last month after being appointed to the company's roster of web agencies in 2003.

Frances Dovey, UK website manager for Cadbury Trebor Bassett, said: "Splurge and Nutriwizard's interactive features with tongue-in-cheek animations will bring amusement and entertainment to the redesigned website. We're thrilled with the results and we're confident that our customers will be too."
