The T-shirts called NME Icons features iconic covers from some of the most seminal rock bands from the UK and the US. Joy Division, The Libertines and Kurt Cobain are among the rock stars featured.
The T-shirts will be priced at £19.99 and will be available in a number of stores including Footasylum, Free Spirit, Play.com and online at .
NME publisher Faith Hill said: "NME is renowned for its iconic rock photography and these covers are some of the best-loved in the magazine’s history. We’re thrilled to have worked with all involved to create such a fantastic range of T-shirts for music fans."
IPC has worked with brand management company Global Brands Group and brand sportswear specialist LEAP Group on the project.
The move marks the latest effort by NME to enhance its status as a multimedia brand.

NME is launching a range of T-shirts featuring some of its classic magazine covers, including bands The Clash and The Stone Roses, as it looks to tap into its rich 50-year history of rock photography.
