The venue is situated in the grounds of the Azimut Hotel Sochi, 500 metres away from the Olympic Park, and will include a double-deck installation, which has taken Neptunus' technicians a week to fit.
Inside the house is a large entrance lobby as well as a radio station on the top floor for a Dutch station to broadcast sports programmes live from the Games.
The site also includes a covered walkway connecting the main structure to the Olympic Club where athletes, sponsors and VIPs can gather for the Games, and a Heineken ice bar on the rooftop.
April Trasler, managing director of Neptunus UK, said: "Neptunus is delighted to partner with Heineken on this exciting project on the back of London 2012. We also have experience of working in Russia, which meant that we were able to deliver a high quality venue that is suitable for world-class athletes in just a few days."
