Borgquist joins from integrated agency Fox Parrack & Hirsch, where he worked as account manager on online business for BT and Adobe. Prior to that, he was account supervisor at Leo Burnett in Denmark. He replaces Alex Smith, who left earlier in the year.

The agency has also recruited a project manager Geoff Northcott to work on its Unilever account. The account encompasses online media campaigns, microsites and applications, website building, online strategy advice and campaign analysis.
The agency has worked with Unilever since 2000 and is currently responsible for the Magnum 5 Senses, Birds Eye and Captain Birds Eye websites and various microsites.
Northcott joined MRM from Radiant Communications in Vancouver where he worked on the Mitsubishi International and Danone accounts. Before that, he worked for NCompass Labs.
