Duncan takes CEO post as Zentropy merges with MRM

LONDON - Digital specialist agency Zentropy Partners is merging into McCann WorldGroup's customer relationship division MRM Partners, with Zentropy managing director Alastair Duncan promoted to chief executive of the enlarged company.

The Zentropy move comes as McCann WorldGroup brings two other businesses into the MRM operation, which already numbers Avaya, Buick, General Motors, Coca-Cola and L'Oreal among its clients.

Duncan, who was responsible for launching Zentropy Partners in the UK, will oversee the integrated London offices of: MRM Partners; Zentropy Partners; offline content publishers, Just Communications; and database analytics company Millar Starr.

"The focus on customer-centricity is changing the way every business interacts with its existing and potential customers. Bringing together the specialist divisions that deliver MRM Partner's focused customer relationship programmes -- and placing interactivity at the heart of them -- represents an important step forward," he said.

MRM partners has 62 offices in 37 countries and more than 1,700 employees.
