White will be responsible for devising a sales strategy to drive a range of new business opportunities to the venue.
She joins from Conference Centres of Excellence in Warwick where she was promoted three times in the course of three years - most recently to the position of business development executive.
White said: "I am excited by the prospect of promoting such a prestigious and versatile venue. I am also passionate about expanding the client base at Stoneleigh Park as well as immersing myself in my fantastic new team."
